Tineo is valued for its unique and interesting colors – usually pink-brown veneer covered with stripes of purple, dark green, blue and / or black. Tineo grows in South America, where this wood is sometimes called the Indian apple tree. Veneer is straight, with a fine to medium texture, and a beautiful natural luster.
